Don't you hate it when ...

Don't you hate it when you call a store or company and the very first thing the answering machine does is drone on about their website? If I wanted to check out their website odds are I would have done that BEFORE calling them. Often I get their bloody phone number off of their cursed website in order to call them because their website doesn't answer the question(s) I have. If I wanted their website I wouldn't be calling the damn store.
